"Beware of This Company!"
This company is a complete fraud.
We forked over nearly $3,000 for a product certification three months back. Sadly, we couldn't proceed with it and decided to politely request a refund.
It's been almost two months, and we haven't heard a peep from them. We've reached out multiple times, but they just leave us hanging.
Shivali Sharma and Sagar Sharma are the ones handling my case, and they’ve gone completely silent. These folks are scammers, so watch out.
I would never do business with this company again.

Especially this one employee, Akash, who gave me some really smart-aleck responses that just got under my skin. I was frustrated with three basic food licenses, and they couldn't manage that after I paid. I ended up sorting it out myself using my local contacts. Eventually, it got approved, but you know, commitment is key. So, just figure out what your situation is.
